TERMS & CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Beulabet Affiliates Program.
This Affiliates Policy Page sets out the official terms and conditions governing participation in the Beulabet Affiliate Program ("the Program"). The Program is owned and operated by Beulabet (Pvt) Ltd, with registered address 4 A Railway Avenue, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
By applying to become an Affiliate and by using any promotional materials provided by Beulabet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1 DEFINITIONS
Affiliate means any individual or legally registered company approved to promote Beulabet Brands.
Net Profit means total player stakes less winnings, bonuses, chargebacks, fraud losses, payment fees, gaming taxes, administrative and platform costs. Beulabet's calculation shall be final and binding.
2 ELIGIBILITY
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old, legally capable, and compliant with Zimbabwean law.
3 LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must comply with all applicable gaming, advertising, and data protection laws and must not promote Beulabet in prohibited jurisdictions. Geo-blocking and IP filtering are mandatory.
4 MARKETING STANDARDS
All materials require prior approval. Beulabet may demand immediate takedown of any content.
5 PROTECTION OF MINORS
No promotion to persons under 18. Mandatory age warnings apply.
6 COMMISSION & FRAUD
No commission is payable on fraudulent, incentivised, AML-flagged, or self-excluded players. Beulabet may claw back paid commissions.
7 PAYMENTS
Payments may be withheld during investigations. Beulabet may set off losses against future earnings.
8 DATA PROTECTION
Affiliates bear full responsibility for consent, cookies, and data compliance.
9 AUDIT RIGHTS
Beulabet may audit Affiliate activity at any time.
10 TERMINATION
Beulabet may terminate immediately for breach or regulatory reasons. No post-termination commission applies in such cases.
11 INDEMNITY
Affiliates fully indemnify Beulabet against regulatory, financial, and reputational claims.
12 GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
13 SURVIVAL & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Key clauses survive termination. This document constitutes the entire agreement.
